I think thats the new accent and not the elantra, ive compared the sypics and they are almost identical. Also is that a solid rear axle...?

The strange proportions are really setting us off. But this is without a doubt different than the Accent prototypes we saw. I actually am quite sure this is the Elantra... almost certain...

looks similar to the new Spectra, sort of. Solid rear axel? Probably one of the "live" axel's deals, to save $$$ and keep pricing down, perhaps? I hope not! 4 wheel independent is best, solid rear axel worst, and this is supposedly(from what I read) an acceptable compromise between the 2. Looks like Hyundai is doing like some others before them, have good suspension, but then when costs(to make car better) rise, they use a cheaper method to make the suspension. ?? The Spectra(Elantra) is decent. Has ok pick up, decent in curves, and has a tiny bit of fun it it, but nothing liek current Elantra(feels a notch below current Elantra, as in not as "nice" feeling/looking?). Hope Hyundai does not get cheap on us, and start making a rattle trap, lol.

Im gonna keep the faith and pray this is the accent. It would be rediculous for hyundai to use the exact same styling elements on 2 different vehicles. I mean look at the wheels, they look to be 13in and the elantra wears 15in. Also these pics have the exact same small rectangle holes above the headlights and the same 2 small round holes in the back as the accent photos.

Based on the location of the reverse light, I don't think this is a Rio. Any more it's almost impossible to tell with some Kia's having almost the same mid-section profile as the Elantra.
