One common thing i dislike about korean vehicles is when you press the remote button or use the key with power door locks all the doors unlock, that is kinda dangerous esp if you are in parking garage or urban area at night and early morning, I noticed that sonata, daewoo lanos, forenza aka nubira, verona aka leganza, they all have power door locks control by the driver's door even with a use of a key, i wonder if the sorento and amanti, or sante fe has the same quirk, Most auto manufacters you have to pess the keyless entry button twice for other door to unlock.

My 98 elantra had 2 stage locking on the remote and with the outside drivers door lock so it must be hyundai cost cutting cause most of their cars dont have keyless functions for the trunk either.

Parents drive a Volvo. Double click does all doors. One click does driver door unlock.

Any Hyundai remote with a panic button has a 2 stage remote as of current models.

i was saying when you press the remote, all the doors are unlocked, i have noticed it on mojority on korean vehicles, alot of other cars you gotta press the remote twice to get all the door open.
